GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Police say a man was shot during a domestic-related incident Tuesday in Gwinnett County.

Gwinnett Police say a person was shot at an address on Patterson Circle and that he was last reported in stable condition.

Reyes has been charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Police say at this time, the shooting appears to be isolated and domestic-related. There is no threat to the public, GCPD said.

A bill introduced in the Georgia State Senate and sponsored by a Gwinnett County legislator would require Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to remove face coverings and wear visible identification.
