In Providence, hundreds gathered at the State House Friday afternoon to protest the federal government's immigration crackdown.

The rally evolved into a march around the city, blocking traffic and drawing a crowd. “Stop killing people,” said 15-year-old Ada Katter. “Kids are seeing it, it’s hurtful, it’s scary.”
