The Powerball jackpot has climbed to $1.7 billion after no grand prize winner was selected in the Dec. 22 drawing. In Delaware, tickets may be purchased until 9:45 p.m. ET on the day of the drawing. The next drawing will be Wednesday, Dec. 24 at 10:59 p.m. ET.
