Skylark singing its beautiful songs. The repertoire size of individual Skylarks seems to vary from around 160 to over 460 syllables, making it a particularly complex song. This complexity is often increased by the insertion into the song of imitations of other bird species including the calls of waders, buzzards, marsh warblers, linnets and corn buntings.
