Police officers were caught on video rescuing a driver from a rolled-over vehicle that caught on fire on Interstate 88 in Oak Brook Sunday morning. An Oak Brook Police Department officer was conducting patrol duties around 3:38 a.m. Sunday northbound on Route 83 near 31st Street when a sedan passed at a high rate of speed.
