On February 22, 1993 WWF Monday Night Raw aired from the Grand Ballroom at the Manhattan Center in New York City. Hulk Hogan made his return to the WWF after several months away from the ring. After WrestleMania VIII in April of 1992, news sources began to allege that Dr. George Zahorian, a doctor for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission, had been selling steroids illegally to wrestlers and Hogan in particular. Hogan appeared on an episode of The Arsenio Hall Show to deny the allegations.
