Rachel Mentzer Art on Instagram: "Finishing the edition of “Steel and Wings.” This collagraph was inspired by a walk in Cleveland and carved over multiple days, with more than 40 hours spent on the plate. Additional time went into cutting the mulberry paper for chine collé before printing began. This reel shows a time-lapse of the printing process, from inking and wiping the plate to pulling each print by hand. “Steel and Wings” will be available soon on my website. #printmaking #handpulledprint
