South African Bureau of Standards CEO Lizo Makele has dismissed reports that the entity is on the verge of collapse. This is after the DA asked Trade Minister Parks Tau to suspend top executives at the bureau following revelations of document destruction that could be vital to the investigation into management of the agency.
