LAPD releases new video from a stabbing attack that happened in December. The video shows when an LAPD detective in plain clothes stopped the knife attack in the Westlake District by shooting the suspect that was stabbing another man. The suspect was hospitalized and taken into custody. The victim was hospitalized in critical condition. The suspect is now facing attempted murder charges and is awaiting trial. | CBS LA
