My impression after attempt one at my turkey carving skills: Carving a turkey is just like dating a poor man — messy, confusing, and I’m only doing it because someone convinced me it would ‘build character. I’m standing here hacking away, hoping it doesn’t fall apart… and honestly, that’s exactly how relationships with poor men go!!!
