The Delaware State Fair returned today and the rides and attractions of the Wade Shows Carnival, seen earlier from Chopper 16, stood ready for the crowds to begin pouring in at 5 p.m. As usual, the State Fair's return has been ushered in with some intense summer heat - organizers ask that you dress accordingly, stay hydrated, and wear sunscreen or protective clothing as necessary while visiting the Fairgrounds.
